5-day fall concert ukulele building class

I am happy to announce a new fall concert ukulele building class at my studio in Fort Collins. This class will take place over 5 Saturdays from 9am to 5 pm. The class starts on Saturday October 26 and runs the next five Saturdays, ending on November 23. In the class, you will build a concert ukulele from scratch. You will start with blocks of wood and 5 weeks later you will go home with your very own handmade concert ukulele. Your instrument will be made from book matched Koa top, back and sides, genuine mahogany neck, walnut fingerboard and bridge with your choice of accent wood for the other aesthetic parts of the uke. We'll finish them out with Grover tuners and D'Addario strings. This is a really fun group build that will teach you the process of building an instrument from scratch with no prior woodworking experience needed.
